Welcome to my Fundraising Page! 

I am so excited and grateful for the opportunity to partner along side such an amazing organization like OAR (Organization for Autism Research).
On April 22nd, I will have the privelege of being with tens of thousands of runners in the 2018 London Marathon, as a part of the OAR Team. 

In previous years i have ran in marathons similar to this (New York Marathon), but havent had the chance to fundraise. However, this year it is my hope that you will partner along side me and help as we raise funds for such an incredible cause like autism research. The research being done for autism is very near and dear to my heart, as I personally know and have friends and families impacted by Autism. 

As a teacher myself, i have learnt and discovered the ways in which autism research has played a major part in helping those with autism. The research being conducted has created such an impact on the discoveries that are being made around the world. I truly believe it is helping create a better understanding of what autism really is and what the many factors that contribute to a diagnosis are. The more money that is put into this type of research, will only help enable them to discover more.  

I am choosing to run in the 2018 London Marathon to help fund this cause further, by hoping to raise $6,500. I hope you please consider making a tax-deductible contribution towards my fundraising goal. Through the money we raise, the more research can be done. The more research being done will only create more opportunities for those with austism in the future.
