Hello All,
On September 29th I will be running the Berlin Marathon on behalf of the Organization for Autism Research. Growing up with a mentally handicapped older brother, I have seen the detriments of a societal misunderstanding of the handicapped, but have also seen the best in those who make an effort to undersand and assist those in a vulnerable and sometimes marginalized position. OAR finances research with the goal of determining the causes and types of autism, lowering the average age of diagnosis, expanding services to those with autism, and enhacing medical treatment for the associated health conditions that derive from autism.
As most of you likely know, when I set a marathon goal, I put my heart and soul into training and my performance on race day. Please help me in any way you can to provide some help to those who put their heart and soul into this great cause. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this. God Bless You.
