Hello everyone! I am running my first marathon, the NEFCU Long Island Marathon, on May 5th 2019 in honor of my son Gavin. Gavin was diagnosed with autism in the fall of 2017.
He is the most amazing, smart, funny, and beautiful little boy you will ever meet. We have had both hills and valleys over the past year and I would be lying if I said things have been easy. We are learning everyday, and we are amazed at his progress and hard work.
I am running this marathon because this cause is VERY close to my heart. I would like to raise as much money as I possibly can for autism research and for all the brave children and adults living with autism everyday. There is no donation that is too small. Together we can make a difference.
