I am excited (and more than a bit intimidated) to be taking part in the 2020 Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. This will the hardest one I have done, but I'm loving taking on new challenges as I get older.
I will be running (and swimming and biking) to support the Organization for Autism Research. Autism affects increasing numbers of people, including many close to us. OAR's mission is to fund research into diagnosis, early intervention, education, transition to adulthood, employment and more.
Thank you for your donation and support.
