This year, I will be attempting the "Escape from Alcatraz" triathlon to raise funds for the Organization for Autism Reseach (OAR). I am proud of Genentech for the commitment we have made to Autism research, and the progress we are making. But we can only make progress in understanding Autism if we partner with the community - organizations like OAR make critical contributions towards research, and to supporting families and communities impacted by Autism.
