I will be swimming, biking and running (in that order) this June in the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon.

Good Lord, Why?

This is not just another misguided adventure. It is in support of a good cause: The Organization for Autism Research (OAR). The CDC estimates that 1 in 68 children in has autism spectrum disorder.
